Portfolios invested in mutual funds are charged 1.00% per year. Portfolios invested in stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds are charged 1.25% per year. These portfolios do not include transaction fees charged by your brokerage firm. Schwab Institutional charges from $4.95 to $10.95 per equity trade. There is no commission to buy or sell our recommended, non-transaction fee mutual funds.

Accounts are charged on a quarterly basis 1.00%/4=0.250% based on the value of the portfolio. All standard-fee accounts are billed one quarter in advance. As such, if you terminate your account before a quarter ends, Key will prorate a refund for a portion of the quarter that was not used.

Fee discount starts when combined household accounts total $250,000 or more.

All fees are paid to Key Investment for investment advisory services are separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by mutual funds to their shareholders. These fees and expenses are described in each fund’s prospectus. These fees will include a management fee, other fund expenses, and a possible distribution fee.
