Standard Fee

Key charges a standard fee of 1.25% per year for most portfolios*. This fee does not include transaction expenses charged by your brokerage firm. Schwab Institutional charges from $8.95 to $19.95 per equity trade.

If an investor chooses Key's standard fee option, s/he would be billed on a quarterly basis. In other words, each investor would be billed for 0.3125% of the account value each quarter (1.25%/4 = 0.3125%).

Fee discount starts when combined household accounts total $250,000 or more.

All standard-fee accounts are billed one quarter in advance. As such, if you terminate your account before a quarter ends, Key will prorate a refund for the portion of the quarter that was not used.

Consulting Fee

Key provides hourly consulting services in lieu of asset management fee.

*Key Investment Team's fees may be negotiable under certain circumstances. Portfolios invested only in no-load mutual funds, their annual fee is 1.00%. There is no commission to buy or sell our recommended non-transaction fee mutual funds. Each investor would be billed for 0.250% of the account value each quarter (1.00%/4 = 0.250%). All fees paid to Key Investment for investment advisory services are separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by mutual funds to their shareholders. These fees and expenses are described in each fund's prospectus. These fees will generally include a management fee, other fund expenses, and a possible distribution fee.
